Cooking Matters
Childhood obesity is on the rise. Fortunately, the physical mental and social consequences that stem from obesity are preventable by instilling core nutritional and physical activity habits and values at an early age. Children who have access to learn the value of physical activity and healthful food choices will have no problem continuing the behaviors later in life. Presenters: Kim Bassler and Lisa Munoz |
